I think they've said on the podcast (or possibly the people's podcast) that they order all the tiebreakers by how entertaining/interesting they turn out to be, and then use them in that order as needed.

2025-11-10 11:30:22 +0000 UTCI’ve just realised that Nick Mohammed’s terrible bath pearls prize task was featured here in Andy’s smell and then again in s19 when Fatiha (I think) uses them in the water task! Ardal’s owl was on the window sill in the kitchen. It’s amazing how often it crops up, Steve’s flan throw, Lucy wandering around with it in the hotel task for no reason. I love it as it’s on sale in every garden centre in the uk.
