The next movie poll and update

Hey everyone.

The next poll that goes up will be a very important one, it will determine what series I start in 2026 when I am all caught up with Taskmaster UK (there will still be weekly TM videos and stand ups etc).

I will basically commit to at least 1 full season of whatever is on there. (if its a short British show, I'll probably do the whole lot regardless)

So throw your suggestions in the comments, I will add as many as I can to the poll when it goes up. If you decide to give multiple suggestions just let me know which is your top pick, so I can let as many people as possible have a say.

I am hoping for BIG TICKET shows. Something that will not only be fun to watch, but will bring in more subscribers and a new audience. In terms of tone and genre, I am open to everything. Currently here is what I have chosen to go on the poll.

- Buffy The Vampire Slayer
- Dr Who (David Tenant era)
- Supernatural (if this wins, i would say some episodes will be patreon only so I have a snowflakes chance in hell at getting through most of it before I die of old age)
- The Wire
- Band of Brothers
- The Cleaner (not the most popular, but I know my audience will enjoy it)
- Outlander
- Handmaids Tale
- The UK Office

Channel update is I will probably have time before the move to get a bunch of stuff done, but I am still going to binge and stockpile a bunch of stuff anyway, so you might see a bit less in the coming weeks, but it'll all go up before the end of the year. (TM S18 will be going up on the full length tier, with the exception of ep1, regularly, the edits will come in the coming weeks)

So let me know your suggestions and I will put a new poll up in the next couple of days.
Think RABID fan bases :D

Comments

I will add it to the poll which will be coming in the next couple of days

Just had another thought if you are still taking suggestions. A relatively short but hilarious show from the U.S. was Galavant which was a parody musical comedy of the medieval era - sort of like a televised “A Knights Tale” though more goofy. Tons of great guest stars and a decent following as it was done by some of the Disney songs writers. I think you would love discussing the songs and could add some interesting things in a review.

If you haven't seen The Inbetweeners yet then I'd recommend that. People flock to reactions of that show, you probably won't be able to get the vids out on YouTube without cutting/chopping them like mad because the copyright can be a struggle but I can guarantee you'll see a surge in patreon subscribers for that show. Plus it's only 18 episodes + 2 films, so you'd have basically 5 months of that show (assuming 1 ep per week) before moving onto something else.
