And Alex and Fern don’t talk about it really. It came up a few times but Alex was always very tight-lipped. Felt like he‘s not allowed to talk about it.

2025-01-21 17:09:22 +0000 UTCI was not one of the hands in this episode, but when the Mythbusters had an idiom special and tested “Know it like the back of my hand”, I lived in San Francisco and was on their volunteer list, so got to come in and be a hand model. They had fewer hands to pick from, but a lot shorter time, like five seconds, since the essence of the idiom is you should know it remarkably well. IIRC the “myth” was Confirmed.
