Full Title: Why the Heck was I Reincarnated in DxD without a Cheat Power!?

"Atsuko," Rias began. "I understand that you're a bit upset at Sona."

After everyone calmed down, and sat at the couches, with Rias mainly facing Atsuko. 

"I passed 'a bit' when Sona was petty to my friend due to their affiliations. That's discrimination! In fact, that's racists to Christians!" Atsuko protested. 

Akeno coughed to hide her laugh. 

"Right," Rias looked to the side and coughed to hide her nervousness at how her prank escalated to this. "One, that's not how that works, and while I understand being upset that your friend was mistreated, the situation was resolved, since I'm sure you prefer having her in your home." Rias gave a pointed look, and before anyone could look at Atsuko, she gave her King a thumbs up. Rias struggled not to smile and keep her serious face on. "I think this might be an overreaction." 

"No, it isn't." Atsuko said right away with a slight pout. And before Rias could comment she continued. "An over reaction would be to beat her in chess, just so her sister would come to kill me, and then I'd dissolve the engagement on the condition that Lady Leviathan would go on a date. And then through stokes the fires of jealousy at her sister paying attention to someone else, we secretly film Sona confessing that she liked her sister's attention, and immortalize it in movie form at some Devil Museum."

The Devil Peerage, sans Issei and the newbie Magician Aika, went silent as they heard how...surprisingly devious Atsuko could be. 

Rias turned to Issei with a look to ask if this was normal, to which he just nodded. 

"Yes, this sounds about usual for her 'retaliation' plans." Issei nodded. 

No. None of this is 'usual'! And why didn't you tell me before Issei!? Rias smiled on the outside, but was shouting on the inside. Then she calmed down and realized that, if this was 'usual' for Issei about how Atsuko was, then it's no wonder why he didn't mention it. It just didn't cross his mind.

"Okay, well, that is...also too much. And I actually kinda can see Lady Serafall going along with it." Rias said the second part under her breath with a sudden realized look of horror. She quickly shook the thought away and continued her dressing down of her wild Bishop. "Atsuko...Look, from now on I'll deal with Sona if something comes up, okay? So no retaliation plan." Rias then paused. "...That is the only one correct?"

Atsuko smiled innocently. 

Rias looked toward Aika, who upon seeing the attention, looked away and started whistling. 

"Atsuko," Rias said with her most firm authorities voice. "If you have any other 'plans' tell me now."

Atsuko took a deep breath to keep calm, as she shivered at Rias' voice, something only Rias and Akeno realized. 

And something Rias bit the inside of her cheek not to react to, even with a pleasant feeling of delight spinning around inside her. 

Atsuko, stop looking adorable and submissive, dammit! Rias shouted in her head. Akeno giggled upon noticing Atsuko's reaction. And you, stop encouraging her, dammit! Rias sent a side glare to Akeno, who upon noticing, kept looking forward, yet her smile was a tad smug and amused. 

"Well..." Atsuko fidgeted, before with a twitch of magic, she pulled something from the small inventory spell she had. "I have this?"

"You have a binder?" Rias asked with a dropped jaw, no longer keeping her 'King' persona. Atsuko went and placed it in front of thick binder in front of her king with a small thud, and stepped back. "'The Sona Revenge Files'!?"  

"Oh wow, a three part folder, haven seen those for a long time. Then again, Kaichou really is a tough person to take as an opponent." Issei said with a sage nod, who only Aika agree with and nodded as well. 

Kiba's smile was becoming more and more plastic as he thought on how this was escalating too quickly. Koneko ate her cookies and put on her perfected stoic face to hide her amusement. Akeno openly chuckled. 

"What do you mean 'three'..." Rias began as she opened the binder to see it have two color plastic papers, separating the files into three sections. She started to skim through the whole thing, seeing details plans after details plans, multiple different plans even in case some failed, and by the end, she could only lean back into her chair, close her eyes and pinch the bridge of her nose. "Atsuko," she said with an exasperated tone. "You can't conduct a psychological warfare against one of my best friends." She opened her eyes and said pointedly, before looking away. "Even if some of it is funny." She said eyes the Magical Girl Parade plan.

After that was some more dressing-down, with Aika being given the contact information of the Peerage should she have any questions about the Supernatural world, or just wants talk to them. Akeno promised to aid Aika in her magic training as she was already teaching Atsuko, thus this should benefit both of them. 

Rias also sent a message to Sona via her bat familiar telling her to leave any Atsuko related problem from now on, and just tell Rias about it. 

Sona understood, but asked why the change, and all Rias said was for Sona's health and sanity. The Sitri Heir started asking where her sister was, and Rias told her not here is Kuoh and to calm down. 

The rest of the Peerage and contracted Magician then hanged out, not seeing the magical parrot familiar that's been watching for the past few days.
