About the permanent title on your head:
When you enter my server, Sitycat will add you as Discord friend. After that you can send your name to @Sitycat, Sitycat will check your name to ensure its accuracy in the game. If the name is not right, the permanent title system may not recognise your name and give nothing.
The permanent title will be added in the next update.
The world will be updated approximately every 20days.
Notice: All of your sponsor content are permanent! To avoid being charged again next month, if you don't plan to continue your subscription, it is recommended that you turn off the automatic renewal function on Patreon in advance. You can do this by going to "Settings" → "Membership" to cancel or turn it off.
