Great episode! The creators thought they should make Michael more likeable for season two. The actors didn't know if there would be a season two because the show wasn't doing great in the ratings.

And Ricky the temp is Ryan the temp. Think that’s all from the UK show… loads of more characters emerge in the US office, 9 seasons.

Edit : Typed too soon, Dave looked it up haha "Catch me if you can" isn't about magicians though. It's the one based on a true story with Dicaprio and Tom Hanks where Dicaprio is a scam artist who commits mail fraud. Amy comes into the movie further along as his future wife-to-be.
