He easily could have aimed for his chest of shoulder or anywhere on the side, and he would have fallen off. Intentional or not, he still killed the guy. A civilian interfering would at the very least have gotten manslaughter.

2023-09-11 19:04:56 +0000 UTCThere is an argument to be made for excessive force, but to my mind the speeding dirtbike on the sidewalk with people around represents enough of a danger to the cop and the innocent bystanders that the force was justified. The Donut videos are usually pretty good, and since I assume they get demonetized on the main channel, Patreon is a good place for them.
