There are many deep south towns in the sticks that are throwbacks in time. Keep moving west to Mississippi and Louisiana and it gets more and more uhmm.. "set in their ways." While this may of been fake, (We'll never know) it does exist.

2023-08-17 14:57:30 +0000 UTCOkay maybe I’m just part of a different generation but almost nobody would actually have this strong of a reaction lol. The “dramatization” was good though. People on the highway probably honked because they thought it was funny. There’s plenty of wild stuff on highways. What tipped me off that the locals’ reactions were probably highly encouraged by the producers/show was the “outrage” over the country and western thing. All kinds of music comes from the south, and The Rolling Stones recorded some of their best music in Muscle Shoals, Alabama for crying out loud 😂someone as dumb as the locals in the video would probably be thrown by the word rubbish too lol
