Sorry for the delay, bud. I was lucky to have my family in town for a little NYC weekend. If you are ever here, here are a few of my favs!

Best Pizza: Saraghina Pizzeria, Brooklyn
A bakery in the morning, a sit down, whole-pie sort of place at night. Everything here is great, so be sure to come hungry!

Great City Views #1: Brooklyn Heights Promenade
Start at the location I tagged above and end at Brooklyn Bridge Park. There you can catch the next great view ⤵️

Great City Views #2: East River Ferry at sunset
Get on at Brooklyn Bridge Park - Pier 1 and take it to Long Island City (or the other way around). Pro-tip: get on just before sunset, sit on the top, and bring your own drink aboard.

Favorite Cocktails: Grand Army
It can be very busy, so either make a reservation or arrive right around opening or closer to closing. Either way, sit at the bar!

Fun little Karaoke spot: 161 Lafayette
Just went here for the first time over the weekend! It's TINY but with the right crowd it's a total blast.

Best People Watching: Washington Square Park
Grab a coffee at Stumptown and have a sit near the fountain.

A Very Cool Magazine Shop: Casa Magazines

Best Thrift Store: 10 ft Single by Stella Dallas

A Great Bar: Sunny's
Cash only, music most nights.

A Great Place To Wander: Green-Wood Cemetery
Take a tour if you have time!

An Island with great views and bike paths: Governors Island

I am SO excited about this camera. According to this leaker, Ricoh is launching with the ND filter built in, which, if true, would be a bummer because I get much more use out of the high diffusion filter. Regardless, I am already planning to pre-order this baddie.
