Basically , screaming 'Hey I like you , and I know you like me so do you want to date'. Though Denki is an obvious dork. It was always interesting to learn a hit of culture as well! Hanami looks very beautiful , and though I am sure it would be a bit crowded I think it would be wonderful to enjoy.
