Just reminding us that we had something we wanted to do and not to forget. Also might be nice to include something for little workouts? Asking or reminding us to get up and stretch, or reminding us not to forget to do our work out etc. I just think these other additions might be neat, I'm sure I'm not the only one who needs motivation/reminders to just get up and stretch if I'm at my desk all day or motivation/reminders to sort of nudge me into doing my daily workouts etc. ❤
