I think i did.
I've been busy, most of days.
Boyfriend is still in the Army for duty, and I felt so alone ( But now it's okay, He will be back next April)
U know, Korean guys have to go to the army for 2 years as duty XD
Maybe that was why I wanted to spend my days more busy.
It was sad, but working is always worth :)
I did workout too and i wanna say, heath training is really good for your sad mood and feelings.
I wanna show my body pics, but for the terrifying skin, i won't do that. yeah :p
Making muscles is most painful and annoying thing ever..
I should've talk you guys more often. I feel really sorry for this always..
I didn't know how the mental health care is important before.
When you keep making something repeatedly, you gonna be really tired, mentally.
Even if you have good body condition, your mind strongly deny the work.

I'm glad to hear your bodybuilding is going well. Mine isn't so much. I'm too lazy x.x Mental health is incredibly important. it is often the most over looked aspect of our three aspect health systems. I work as a nurse in strictly mental health facilities and when I say that the mental health often determines the outcome of all health most look at me weird. Its true though. Bethesda and Tumbler have pretty much dug their own graves. With all that said, I just wanted to say that I really love the Christmas packs, especially the first one. Thanks so much for that!
