The implementation of this new tier DOES NOT imply that I will not make VHS pics about the Naruto universe for the lower tiers Milkyans o.o
The content of the tier explicitly states that it is set to a more "hardcore" environment only.
What does this mean? That the pics of that tier are going to be in a more hardcore context but it does not mean that konoha vhs will not continue to upload in a more normal context in the other tiers as always!!!
I just wanted to make this clear, which is important so that there are no misunderstandings!
