Happy weekend everyone! I don't know how i haven't done a set of affirmations on this topic yet, it was a fantastic suggestion. So here is "I AM Free From Overthinking." You know what overthinking is, we all do! Overthinking is when you dwell on or worry about the same thing repeatedly. People who overthink can be paralyzed by their worries and may struggle to make decisions or take action.

Aren't we all are doing it more and more and more with all the options and distractions and inside/outside views of everybody's lives around us from social media. Program these affirmations into your mindset and become more aware when you might be overthinking and turn that into something more positive, whether that just be thoughts or more an action that you can take that is more beneficial. I hope you enjoy it.

I am still working on a few existing requests and there have been a few new ones that I have added to my list so know that I have received them and am working to get them right!
