I would have a request though, as I saw you dont have a similar Video yet and it would help me SO MUCH. Can you maybe do a Video to stop thinking so much? With affirmations like: - I stop thinking. - I don't think, I just Do. - Instead of thinking I take Action. - I stop living inside my head so much. - I stop thinking about the past and the future so much. - I dont need to think to function. - The less I think the better I am. - 90% of my thinking is unnecessary. - There is nothing I need to think about. - Thinking doesn't help with anything.
