Back atcha with another great request! Here is, "I AM Mentally Strong & Tough." I think this was a great request and I really enjoy the power of these affirmations. I really do think that these are life-changing. I feel it's really important to build mental strength. Our mental strength helps us to resist being derailed by negative thoughts. It helps us get back into the ups and downs of life day after day. Mentally tough people show better stress management are less likely to develop mental health issues, sleep better and are less prone to bullying. They can take stress in their stride. I hope you enjoy it.
