Hello you beautiful people!! Back at you with another recording I am very proud of. It's very important that we feel that we really deserve what it is that we want in life. If we want to be self-confident and positive about our future, the we need feel we deserve that, love, money, success etc... Inside many of us is a sense that we don’t deserve these good things and instead that we are supposed to suffer.
It might be that we mess something up no matter how bad we don’t want to. We sabotage both experiences and relationships, and you have difficulty creating more positive ways of managing situations in the future. If you don't feel deserving, you’ll find a way not to allow yourself to have “it” (whatever “it” is). Your concept of yourself as undeserving compels you to sabotage, retreat, and resist the things you long to change in yourself.
Feeling undeserving creates resistance to positive change. Here’s the thing: Once you understand what makes you feel undeserving, it's a process, and a messy one at that to become more self-assured and view your future more positively. What actually happens as you work on forgiving yourself for the deep-rooted feelings that hold you back is that you start to feel better, lighter, more relieved, and more understood in your own experience. This recording can aid with that and help you to program those beliefs and to feel more deserving of what you want and the positive change that you deserve in your life!
