Yeah, that's how I start the video, that's how I start this post too, deal with it!
I've been hoping to watch and analyze some more forensic, mystery, or science-type material again. LEMMiNO has been an excellent source of these for quite some time, from his videos on the JFK Assassination and Roanoke to Dyatlov Pass and Jack the Ripper. But some viewers have actually suggested something a little different, and a bit older too.
Probably right around the time that The Lost Colony of Roanoke was released, LEMMiNO published a video called The Great Silence. Based on the title and thumbnail, I could only speculate that it related to extraterrestrial life and contact beyond. Turns out I was right, but how LEMMiNO went about it was really fascinating. Seriously, I managed to quadruple the time limit of the original video, which I think says something!
I loved talking about things like the basis of life, transmission and radio signals, the Fermi Paradox, and somehow even generative AI! In any case I hope you all enjoy my talks on this video, I think it and my commentary were quite informative!
