Seriously, it's been a while since I've commentated this much on a single episode. This episode both hits differently today and still feels incredibly relevant, what with its focus on social media. A lot of it I can relate to, both for the nostalgia and memories, and for how social media is practically a requirement given my extracurricular activities.

I've heard of Omeagle alright, but Chatroulette is completely new to me. And I knew that there was a Tron released in the 1980s, and another released around the time of this episode so I figured the Tron reference could have been from either or.

Funnily enough, Chatroulette has outlasted Omegle, which shut down last year. Tron Legacy came out in December 2010, about 8 months after this episode aired. The plot of this episode is a loose parody of the original Tron from 1982.
