8月が始まりました！いつも訪れてくださり、ありがとうございます。
私は通常、ラフを生成してから Image-to-Image 方式で描き直し、絵柄を統一しています。
しかしこの工程で瞳の色が変わったり、意図しないカットが出たりして、ストーリーが崩れることがあります。

以前は好きな漫画作品を参考にキャプチャを取り、何度もインペイントして理想の構図にしていましたが、その方法では「再現不可能性」が高すぎるため、どんなキャラクターにも応用できるプロセスを作ろうと奮闘中です。簡単ではありませんが、今年中に自然な流れの作品をお届けできるよう頑張ります。

It’s the start of August! Thank you, as always, for stopping by.
I usually generate a rough draft and then unify the art style with an image-to-image pass.
During this step, eye colors sometimes change or unintended shots appear, which can break the narrative.

I used to capture panels from my favorite manga and inpaint them repeatedly to get the angles I wanted, but that approach is too hard to reproduce consistently. I’m working on a workflow that’s repeatable and can be applied to any character, though it isn’t easy. I’ll keep pushing to produce smoother story flows before the year is out.
