The closes I could understand, its a mix of short term time manipulation(making stop. go slow, go fast etc. Like the remote settings on a player) and the concept of a video editing(?). He creates a bubble of time, in which he exists in a 10 second time frame. And while in that time frame, he can erase any frame of those 10 seconds. Not only that, but that bubble of time can also act as a clairvoyance method. Since only he can see what is gonna happen during those 10 seconds, and only he and move around them. Basically he can see a punch coming, create that bubble, move 10 second before the punch, and just "erase" a frame in-between to cause damage. Again, from what I understood about it.
