Since March is usualy the month of spring, I was gonna suggest you do something to do with flowers/blooming, but you already kind of did with your last few pieces. Other idea I get is "March Madness", so maybe be a "madness" theme. Maybe draw some mad characters, or depictions of different mental illness.
