In the previous one, Chantel was complaining about her meal going to her butt instead of her chest, and now in this one, her meal went to her chest, and she's upset that it'll take away from her new haircut. To complete the cycle, in the next one she'll eat a few students to make her ass bigger, and then get upset when someone asks her about her new haircut
