The Dominance Nation. Essentially much like the fire nation, has a war raging on for supremacy against the other nations. Where the plot differs in the Whorra timeline(Aside from the Avatar one). Is Zoko's mother Ursa, who succeeds at killing Ozai  and any others opposed to her future plans. And is later crowned the first ever Queen of the Dominance Nation. As the war continues onward, she begins making swift changes to both her government and the focus of the war. Anti men and a war for feminism! But despite her hatred for men, brought on by the cruelty of her late husband. She deeply loves and cares for her family and children. But make no doubt, that she is the boss and wears the pants in this family. 

 The idea is that altho the dom nation suddenly goes femi-nazi, the rest of the world is still set in the traditions of female slavery, its the norm.
