April Dormitory Diary Entry - Kuroda Ayaka

Sorry for the late update! Here’s my April dorm diary entry.
I’ve been jotting down notes for the diary on my phone, but I got so busy that I couldn’t post them sooner. My apologies!
Anyway, onto the update! In April, we welcomed a new resident. I started chatting with them right away and was thrilled to find out we share the same hobby. We’re both into female idol groups! It feels like we’re going to get along great.
While talking, I learned that they hadn’t even started drawing until they got into a vocational school. The fact that they’ve reached this level in just two years is incredible! At the same time, I can't help but think "Will they surpass me soon?" (Though maybe the gap between us isn’t quite that big… yet.)
Teaching them has also been a great way to reinforce my own knowledge, so I’d love to keep chatting and learning together.

更新が遅くなってしまい申し訳ないです。4月の寮生日記を投稿します。
日記をスマホのメモでつけていたのですが忙しく更新できずに申し訳ないです。
連投失礼します。
4月に新しい人が入ってきました。早速話しかけてみると女性アイドルが好きという趣味が同じで仲良くなれそうな感じで嬉しかったです。
話を聞くと専門学校に行くまで絵を描いたことがなかったようで2年でここまで描けるのはすごいなという気持ちと同時にこのままではすぐに追い越されるのでは(追い越されるというほど差はないのかもしれませんが)と感じました。
教えることでまた知識を再確認することもできるのでまた話してみて私も一緒に学んでいきたいなと思いました。
