Lately, it's been difficult to balance my workload. The project I’m currently doing animation checking for is progressing slowly, so during the downtime, I’ve been working on animation tasks for other projects. I was worried about not meeting deadlines once the animation checking work picked up, so I focused on tasks that I could finish quickly. But as it turns out, I'm not getting as much work as I expected, so I’ve just ended up doing a bunch of small, half-baked tasks. That wasn’t my intention at all—I don’t want to take the easy way out. I need to trust myself more and push through with confidence.

最近は仕事量の調節が難しいです。今動検をやっている作品はスローペースで動くらしく、素材のない間は他の作品の動画作業をやっています。ただ動検の仕事が入って締め切りに間に合わなくなるのを怖がって早く終わるような素材ばかり取っていたら、思っていたより動検の仕事が来ず、ただ軽い素材を多くやっただけの人になり…そういうラクをしたい訳ではないのでもうちょっと自分を信じて頑張りたいです…
