Thank you very much for your support.
This is Yamaguchi.
It’s now November and the mornings and evenings have become much colder.
Sometimes my hands get so cold that they’re stiff by the time I arrive at work, so I’ve been buying warm drinks from the studio vending machine to keep them warm.
I’ve recently settled into my routine as an in-between animator, so the cuts I’m being assigned are getting more and more complex.
Though, I will say that although I’m moving my hands, I don’t really feel that I’m making progress – at least to myself, even though I’m doing more frames, I’m not satisfied with the content of the frames. It’s been a daily battle of draw and redraw for the past while.
That said, it still feels like a worthwhile pursuit and is amazingly fun.
Here’s to hoping that I can face any cut I come across and learn from new challenges.
I’ll try harder.

寮生日記11月
お世話になっております。
山口です。
11月になり、朝晩がぐっと冷え込んできました。
出勤してすぐは手が固まって上手く動かないこともあるので、会社の自販機で暖かい飲み物を買ってしのいでいます。
最近は動画作業にもだいぶん慣れて、どんどんと担当するカットが複雑なものになってきました。
ひたすら手を動かしてもなかなか進まなかったり、枚数をこなせても動き方に納得できなくて描き直したりと苦戦する日々です。
でもとてもやり甲斐があって凄く楽しいです。
これから先どんなカットが来ても逃げずに挑戦して成長出来たらいいな。
もっともっと頑張ります。
