In-between animation training finally started this month at my company.
We have to learn how to create uniform lines before anything, so we focused on lines our first day over illustrations.
The person in charge of our training passionately instructs us. They say “All an in-between animator needs is grit!” I was almost taken back by their passion, but have managed to not lose heart towards my in-between animation dreams and devote myself even more.
In order to make that happen, I’m focusing on upping my drawing speed now too!!
