My name is Toshiki Kimura, and this April, I’m starting my career as an animator.
The other day, an instructor from a preparatory school I attended in junior high asked me to do an illustration on one of the academy walls!
I’m graduating from university; this is the last piece I will ever do as a student. Being able to leave something I made behind in my hometown, Shiga Prefecture, was very pleasant.
From here on, my work may be seen by a great number of people. I look forward to it, but I also feel a bit tense.
I’ll do my very best in the workforce and try not to embarrass myself along the way. I hope you will support me in my journey.
