Toontober #27: Beast Cannon

I used the CRT effects again like in Jazzjack entry, but this time I tried to make the resolution similar to Capcom's.

I apologize for responding late. As I have mentioned in the last posts I had serious Internet problems and that is why I can start seeing comments right now. Thank you very much for your words, in fact I would love to be able to have a break, even more so after the problems I had, but now I want to finish the remaining drawings, there is so little left!
