I just retired from law enforcement where I served as the hostage negotiations team leader and started the first mobile crisis unit in the state of Florida. My badge number was 218. I’m trying to make a build that is me as a police officer. High in persuasion, tactically sound, skilled with weapons, and compassionate. I’m having trouble figuring out where to start.
