More Rewards Added for $5+!

I've been wanting to hand out even more rewards on here for a while, and I felt it would be a nice added bonus to have a credits SHOUTOUT aswell as the other rewards! (for the $5+ tiers)
Obviously this won't mean everyone will get a shoutout in a single episode, but I'll do it randomly but will make sure no-one gets repeated so everyone can have a fair chance! :)
