2023-05-28 04:15:36 +0000 UTCman it was hilarious seeing you react to this. my girl made me watch it and all she said before was “this is a feminist movie” which confused me during the first hour but it actually was kinda true lmao? like the man who was supposed to be their savior actually didn’t save them and they freed themselves on their own. there’s definitely a lot of symbolism about the exploitation of women: they only eat women, the body parts he takes from them (legs, ass, breasts: all female features that men desire) the rich men consuming the meat are only served by women and molly killing the wife and telling her “women like you are the problem” etc. not something i would’ve watched on my own so i was pleasantly surprised, glad you enjoyed it too
