i honestly think this is her hellscape. she has to repeatedly not think that she and her children are dead and then come to this realization each time someone moves in since she murdered her kids and herself. just a never ending loop. those aren't her real kids having to suffer, just her hell loop on it's on. her kids are gone as the precious babies they were. it makes me think that as well for the "servants" because gotdamn who would want to spend eternity as the help in some big house? i think this is her personal hell loop like the show Lucifer has. i'll be damned if i die in a house and forever tied to it like they have to be her help lmao just to push along her story!
