To be another lazy ass devils advocate, in response to your logical thoughts that nothing is gonna bring humanity together, all I first think of is those very nice 2 weeks after 9/11. (If one wasn’t Arab)

2022-12-26 20:55:03 +0000 UTCYea while I was watching the thought ran through my mind. Surprisingly my thoughts aren't influenced by me being a parent. At first I thought that maybe she made the choice to do everything as she saw it so that way she keeps them on the path for what takes place in 3000 years. LOL This morning I think a little differently. I feel as if she has to do everything that she witnessed in the future because that's the language. At first I looked at it as a choice that she has because of freewill. That makes sense because we view time in a straight line. I do blank and it affects blank. However her learning the language seems to have taught her that all of this happens together. What we viewed in the film and what she sees in the future. So she doesn't view her present and what she saw in the future as separate events from each other. I don't know if that makes sense. lmao
2022-12-25 17:55:50 +0000 UTCSo of course someone has to ask you the question: If you were her, knowing that future and that your yet-to-be-born child would die at a young age, would you choose to have he kid? As a parent I assume you’ll be biased to an answer more than if you didn’t have a kid.
