No pork ear? no pork tail? no pork knuckle? Can hardly call it feijoada ๐Ÿ˜‚

Interesting when you talked about the pressure cooker (the killer one) because that is the main way to prepare the feijoada and the beans we ate every day in Brasil. Of course you can prepare the long way with the slow cook method, but is not the most common. The rice and beans is someting we eat almost every day in lunch and many people eat in dinner too.
