The way I always saw that John Tony part was John had a feeling that carmine gave Tony the ok and if he didn't show him that Raphael was safe he was dead too that's why he said any blow back he would take it and I don't think that Donnie K was made which is why it wasn't that big of a deal and when his guy said who is that a nobody from jersey
