I know you fully done now but Silvio is Tony's consigliere/under boss making him his number 2 but he is fast tracking Chris to make him his under boss so that Chris is the only person that speaks to Tony technically under boss and consigliere are two different ranks but his outside of Chris and Silvio there is no one that can fit into those roles less be real Paulie is just muscle and not smart enough for those roles he was made and working under Tony's dad and he just recently became a capo since he realized he couldn't trust sal
