Consider that Wren is able to fight Haniwa because she has the same biases that Haniwa and Kofun have. Yes, she is a trained fighter but she's never had to train that muscle reacting to a fighter that can see her moves coming. So she's lazy just like Haniwa and Kofun are. Spoiled is probably a better word.
