I just wanted to mention because you got all weirded out during the meeting (16 minutes in) about how they are creating monsters and need new blood. You were talking about how they haven't had that many generations since they got to their new location after kofun and haniwa were born, but just a reminder... they have been all together for many many generations on that mountain top they were living on in episode 1. They all stayed together after that. The genetic issues weren't based on how long they had been at their location it was based on how long this specific group had been a tribe. It's almost obvious that the inbreeding was already effecting the guy in the tribe who fucks his aunt cause he's already missing a few screws in the head based on how he is. Figured I would explain it as late as I am for this reaction. But just wanted to let you know it's not really bad writing or anything. It makes sense if you really pay attention to the first episode. You may have missed it cause you paused a whole bunch the first 20 minutes.
