2021-12-28 09:30:19 +0000 UTCThis scene with Tony and his father talking sends shivers down to my fcking spine, my Grandfather on my mum's side was a oldschool street dude, who lived in Rio during the 60's during the gambling empire of Castor de Andrade. He later returned to our home in the Northeast, got a legitimate job in the government, but he was and is to this day a street dude(always had money on the street, etc). I once asked him why my mother was so reluctant of having him as an influence and he pretty much said what Johnny Soprano said to Tony. It was wrong, but it is what it is, that's how he puts food on the table. Said a man honor his debts and said to never ever resort to loansharks for money. I was looking forward to your reaction to this scene even before you finished Breaking Bad and said you were going to react to Sopranos next. Next episode, looking forward to your reactions to the rest of the season!
