This may be me reaching, but I always liked the detail of Jimmy counting the footsteps across the office he wants to buy, and choosing to include in the count the half footstep that hits the wall, but when he counts across Kim's office, he doesn't include that half step at the end. It's like he wanted to make his office seem better than it is, and Kim's office to seem worse than it is, just to make himself feel better in both cases. Also I can't wait for the next episode.
