This may be me reaching, but I always liked the detail of Jimmy counting the footsteps across the office he wants to buy, and choosing to include in the count the half footstep that hits the wall, but when he counts across Kim's office, he doesn't include that half step at the end. It's like he wanted to make his office seem better than it is, and Kim's office to seem worse than it is, just to make himself feel better in both cases.
Also I can't wait for the next episode.

That thing you said about people from Central and South America keeping their mouths shut is some cultural shit that it sociologically connected to the history of authoritarian regimes we had throughout history. Even since the beginning with the colonizers and later on imperialism. The history of the XX century for Central and South America is all connected with US-backed military dictatorships and authoritarian governments. In shorts, people don't trust the government at all and culturally is a taboo to snitch in any situation at all, even to the point I had a boss actually firing this dude in my office because he was always snitching on people to him.
