Mookha did this because he has 0 sex experience. He doesn't understand the prep work bottom has to do first. Sometimes Mookha makes bad moves (he thought Trilece would like nipple sucking because he does himself/he left Trilece waiting at school), but that doesn't mean he's not willing to learn, and that's why Trilece's action is also important to the plot.
