Regarding EA's new vague T.O.U and Early access

As many of you probably already have seen, tumblr and twitter is EXPLODING in  posts and comments about EA's new statement regarding modders/cc creators using patreon/paywall exclusive and early access for their mods/cc.
First I just want to say that I am wrapping my head around this whole situation myself, and trying to get some clear, trustworthy statement on what will be okay, or not be okay.

Personally, I belong to the group of creators who are against patreon/paywall exclusive. I have never used it, and I never will. And I do not think it's okay that those creators who do it, do it either. But this is my personal opinion.
Early Access on the other hand, I think its fair game, as long as its not longer than 3 weeks (1 month top). I use 14 days Early access, and I have since I started my patreon. So far, I have not gotten any complaints about this and people seem to be happy about how I do things and how cheap my tiers are. I never started creating custom content for the money, I started for the fun of creating. And honestly, when I first started, I never thought I would earn a single dollar doing it. But seeing how my talent have grown, and seeing people pledging to my patreon, is a big joy and it makes me want to create even more, and learn even more about creating :D And i appreciate every one of my patreons, people commenting on my posts or just liking them, you guys make my day <3

So, to get to the point. For now, until EA comes with any clear and simple to understand statement of what the new rules regarding early access will be, I will NOT be posting any new early access. I might throw out some free cc, just to keep my patreon alive. The very few things that are currently in Early access, will stay in early access and be published publicly/free at their intended time.
I will make sure to make an statement when I know what will happen with EA's T.O.U. and what I will do after that to make sure i don't break their terms of use (I really dont want an lawsuit or angry people on my neck just for enjoying my hobby)

And just to brighten up this post a bit, here is a random screenshot I have taken of one of my sims who might be available eventually as a download (i just need to get around doing a CC list)

Have a nice day, and I hope to get some clarity on this whole mess really soon <3
