It's been a full year, 365+ days since I initially discontinued Patreon. My reasons for doing so was simple: I did not know what to do with it.

For years I had twisted, spinned, squashed and stretched Patreon seeking an ideal arrangement that gave people the most benefit for their investment. No paywalls, just benefits.

That effort was both rewarding...and exhausting, No system ever fit though many ideas proven to be popular and well-received, it just became too difficult to be consistent with payouts for pledge simply because I had too many to serve, and overextended.

Combined with the constant upheavals and artistic headbutting that occurred with creators and the heads of Patreon itself, I figured it was time to let it go.

A year later, things have been quiet. As far as I know, there has been no more news of chaos here on Patreon. Many artists have left, others have joined, life went on.

I was no exception. I spent much of my time just...working on backlog, grinding out sketch commissions on , refining my process and getting into a groove of consistency and speed. Along with gradual self-improvement, I also made a significant gain in real life, moving out of the family home and getting my own apartment. Now on my own and removed from my safety nets, my period of dormancy has ended and it's time to really go all in.

So I resurrected my Patreon. In some parts, it's familiar yet different.

Along with the two donation-oriented tiers called Boss and Big Boss respectively, the Supreme Boss and Ultimate Boss tiers have been revised to focus on the one thing I have proven to be fairly consistent with: My sketch requests.

Here's a breakdown of the supreme boss and ultimate boss tier rewards.

-Supreme Boss-

  -Ultimate Boss-
• Two Single Character OR One Two Character Sketch Monthly
• One Time Only Single Character Bonus Sketch Request
• One Time Only Single Character Color Upgrade Request
• One Time Only Two Single Character Bust Emoji Sticker
• One Time Only Special "Boss" Avatar Advance Painting
• One High Quality 13x19 Inch Art Print Monthly
  
  The monthly sketches and the prints are the only recurring pledge reward offered every month. To collect the monthly sketches, when in-stream commission slots are made available, simply ask to use your pledge reward for one or two slots if your tier offers it. Commissions Slots Open on Odd-Numbered Days around 4:00 PM Pacific Time and you will always have priority.
  
  You will also be entitled to a bonus sketch request and like the monthly recurring reward all you need to do is claim a stream sketch slot when available. You will be given automatic priority. However, this bonus sketch is as stated, one time only and will not be offered again in future months. Same applies to the color upgrade and the Bust Emoji/s.
  
  The returning "Boss Avatar" pledge reward, because it is a painting will take much longer than the other rewards to receive and will be developed over an extended period. For those unfamiliar with the "Boss Avatar", it is a special waist to head advance painting themed around a character, usually an OC presenting a menacing and awesome aura used to indicate power, inspired by anime and fighting game characters such as Capcom's Akuma and SNK's Nightmare Geese
  
  As for the prints, this is the only benefit that involves a physical item and thus requires an address or a P.O. Box to be received. It is however optional, if you would prefer your address to remain private.
  
  No rewards can be "saved" by skipping months or be combined and to reiterate, One Time Only Rewards are exactly one time only.
  
  While not required, joining the discord is ideal for collecting rewards as it presents a direct line to me. If you just can't make it to a sketch stream or claim a slot when they're open due to time issues, you can fill out a commission form and simply state what rewards you are collecting through there.
