There are few interpretations, one I had in mind is that Thistle makes Tempest's horn vanish with her declaration of love (p.4) and what Tempest says "don't you dare take it away from me"; you can also read it as Tempest rejecting Thistle words as lies as in "don't you dare to try to hurt me with even more lies".

2021-02-04 18:53:22 +0000 UTCdSana's art is always great, but man oh man. The effects on this one are out of this world. It also looks like thistle has a lump in her throat on panel 3. Like when you get in very emotional argument. That last pane looks cinematic. It's very impressively well done.
