New Sales Tax Requirements

Starting July 1st in US states & several other countries Patreon will be required to charge sales tax.
Here's how it may affect your pledge in US (depends on the state's law):
- For $1 - there should be no extra charge
- For $3 maximum 33¢
- For $5 maximum 55¢
- For $12 maximum $1.32
- For $100 maximum $11
