The miscommunication dynamic works so well between these two because their social class is so different. Stolas doesn’t realize that while he loves Blitzø, the way Stolas talks to him and how the relationship started really makes it seem like Stolas sees Blitzø as lesser. Stolas has to realize how much privilege he has before he can grapple with that.

What I’m saying is that he has lived a very privileged lifestyle, one where he was raised to look down on the lower class. I really don’t want to bring up the latest episode because of spoilers. But there’s a reason what happens to him in the latest episode happens to him. And it’s not to teach Blitzø a lesson, it’s for Stolas to learn.

Everyone was getting mad at Blitzø for what he screamed at Stolas in this episode, but if they were Blitzø’s situation they would have said the same thing. I know I would’ve. It’s definitely very complicated.
