Yeah he's a pretty easy guy to add to anything. Literally write any atrocity in the elemental nations, any injustice, then like flip a coin, heads it's Danzo behind it... Tails... It's probably still fucking Danzo, but maybe thirty percent chance it's like Akatsuki or a Jashinist or something.
