I think it would be really cool if you used the connection between Lucas and Tonks to show us snippets of her perspective throughout the story. I think that it's an interesting development that could do a lot to demonstrate what sort of emotional/mental overlap the two are experiencing, and it's a bit of a unique opportunity for us to see how they manage to share their perspectives. Aside from that, I would really like to see Tonks working to progress her metamorph abilities to Pettigrew's level-- I think that with them having seen just how far the talent can be pushed, I can't see any reason why both Lucas and Tonks wouldn't pursue an Animagus form (or pseudo-Animagus as the case may be). On the metamorph subject, given that Tonks' morphing tends to be more subconscious and emotionally driven, I think there's also a great opportunity to see her adopting new appearances to express her internal state. Rather than one-off morphs to look like Lucas for a laugh, maybe have her shift her features to have a sort of natural resemblance? (eye colour, maybe brow or nose?) Lastly, I've really enjoyed the amount of thought and effort you've put into the various rituals that Lucas has made use of to overcome challenges, and hope to see more of them. With just how big of a theme lineage seems to be in this AU society, I could see something like a Blood Adoption ritual being something that could be on the table, and something that third parties might even push for, given Andromeda's heritage. Oh. And with Tonks deciding that she's big sis now, shouldn't Lucas be calling her Dora instead of Tonks? It seems to me that her family are the exception to her 'call me Tonks' thing, and much as she dislikes her name, I feel like 'Dora' is a compromise she would live with. This story has been a surprisingly fresh take on the world-- your AU feels quite unique from the original, while also setting it apart from a lot of typical fanon, and I'm really enjoying it.
